Our computerised database system ensures that we always know the location of your files and record every movement. Each client has a unique customer code which is used to identify documents, and no visitors are permitted to enter our warehouses without a prior appointment.
We understand that a single lost piece of information can damage an organisation’s reputation. This is why we’ve invested substantially in our document storage facilities. With bar coding, not only is every box instantly identifiable, but also files within boxes can be tracked and retrieved.
We also offer file scanning which enables us to scan and electronically deliver files and documents on demand. This makes file storage extremely convenient and efficient, as distance is no longer a barrier and your original documents remain in safe storage.
We have a long-standing relationship with CMS who take care of our archiving, which consists of approximately 700 boxes. We have always been pleased with the excellent service they provide.
